Privacy
We promise to keep your personal information private
and your credit card information secure. We use
a secure server (as illustrated by the lock on the
bottom right of your screen during checkout) so that
your credit card information is not misused. We
also protect your information using advanced encryption
techniques and firewall technology.
Credit Card Information
We accept the following credit cards:
Visa,
MasterCard,
Discover, American Express
In order to have your order processed
as soon as possible, please be sure to provide
your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e.
the address and phone number your credit card bank
has on file for you). If you enter incorrect
information during the checkout, our credit card server will decline your credit card.
Other forms of Payment
Squeaker Sneakers, LLC accepts personal checks,
cashier’s checks and money orders in U.S. Dollars
only. Orders are processed upon receiving a money order
or cashier’s check. For personal and company
checks, please allow up to 7 banking/business days
for the clearance of funds before the order is processed.
$25 NSF fee on all returned checks.
Shipping Policy
$6.50 flat rate shipping rate on all orders (no matter how many pairs purchased) to the United States.
For Canadian and International orders, please contact us for shipping rates.
We ship your order within 48 hours of purchase and use
PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 DAYS).
If we foresee a delay in shipping for any reason, we
will contact you immediately in order to keep you informed.
We do not guarantee when an order will
arrive since many things are out of our control.
DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON, BE AWARE THAT THE POST OFFICE IS OFTEN DELAYED!
As a general rule, you should receive your items within
a week of ordering them.
If you have not received your items after a week, please
contact us.
Taxes
Squeaker Sneakers™ will automatically charge
and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to
be delivered to addresses within Louisiana.
Newsletter
We may, from time to time, send you Newsletters about
promotions and contests that deal ONLY with our Squeaker
Sneakers™ squeaky shoes. We do NOT sell or
give your email addresses to ANYONE. Once you receive
a promotional email from us, if you choose to not receive
them in the future, please respond to the email with
the heading UNSUBSCRIBE. We will immediately take
you off of our emailing list. GUARANTEED!
