REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied.  We inspect our shoes before shipping to make sure they are free of ANY defects.
 

However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase as long as the shoes are returned in unworn condition and are in their original undamaged shoebox within

10 days of the shipment date

Our experience has shown us that 95% of shoes sent back to us over 10 days are retuned to us with OBVIOUS wear and/or damaged shoe boxes (sometimes no shoeboxes at all! ).  This places us in an uncomfortable position.  As a result, we will

NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES

over 14 days of shipment date.

                  Please Include in the box a note that tells our staff:

                 1. your name and address

                 2. the style/size of shoes you exchanging them for

                 3. postage for the exchanged shipping costs made payable

                     to Squeaker Sneakers, LLC

Please contact us before returning your squeeky shoes / sandals via email or phone to get correct shipping costs for exchanges. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping costs to exchange the squeaky shoes for another size/style of Squeaker Sneakers™.

 

Please note:  If you choose to return the shoes to us without sending  exchanged postage costs, your credit card will be refunded for the purchase price upon receipt and you will receive a refund receipt via email.  Thank you.
